You are responsible for configuring PBX features correctly and ensuring that greetings, call recordings, call routing, and user access comply with applicable laws and business requirements.
If call recording is used, you are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining consent where required by law.
7. SMS and Messaging Services
SMS availability depends on the number type, carrier support, destination country, regulatory requirements, and third-party filtering.
We do not guarantee delivery of every SMS message or verification code.
You may not use SMS services for:

8. Emergency Calling

VoIP and virtual number services are not always the same as traditional telephone lines for emergency calling.
You should maintain an alternative method for emergency communication, such as a mobile or traditional phone service.
Do not rely on Global Telecom services as your only way to contact emergency services unless we have expressly confirmed emergency calling support for your service and location in writing.
9. Acceptable Use
